KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:崗位職責：

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 崗位要求
? A professional qualification at Bachelor level. e.g.  early education, health education, or social work; 本科以上學歷。例如學前教育、健康教育或社會工作
? Ability to effectively communicate with people of different backgrounds, including in rural areas of project sites; 能夠有效地與不同背景的人進行溝通，包括在項目地點的農村地區;
? Excellent professional and personal communication skills, and analytical skills; 優秀的專業和個人溝通技巧，分析能力
? Good report writing skills;良好的報告寫作技巧
? Willing and be able to travel extensively and regularly to project sites 愿意并能夠經常出差到項目地點
? Fluent Mandarin and Basic English both spoken and in written;流利普通話和基礎英語口語和書面表達能
